We stumbled upon Daniel's in Apex while visiting from out of town, and it was easily one of the best meals of our trip. We went around 4pm and we were quickly seated. The dining room has a really warm, classic vibe with dark wood detailing on the walls, but the tables are the coolest part—they have actual wine corks lined up under a glass top, which is such a nice touch. The bathroom was super clean and so cool! They went all out with these gorgeous deep teal walls, green hexagon tiles, and a massive gallery wall entirely made of framed pictures of local dogs (and one tiny kitten). It's hilarious and so charming. As for the food, everything we ordered was amazing. We started with warm, seasoned bread rolls topped with herbs and parm, served with a really good, thick marinara for dipping. But the absolute stars of the night were the lobster ravioli with shrimp and the penne alla vodka. Both were an absolute chef’s kiss—so rich, creamy, and flavorful. We also had a massive chicken parm over spaghetti loaded with melted mozzarella, and a super velvety chicken fettuccine alfredo. Every single dish nailed it. There's a chef's specialty menu and a seasonal drinks menu. I tried the gree

Daniel’s is pretty much like any other Italian diner—but a good one. We went on Father’s Day, so the place was packed. Thankfully, we had reservations and were seated promptly, which was appreciated given the crowd. The menu had an excellent spread of drinks, cocktails/mocktails, and food options. Prices felt reasonable for a decent Italian diner. We tried wine, cocktails, and beer—everything was served nicely chilled and tasted good. The house bread was okay. One surprise was that it wasn’t served with the olive oil, black pepper, balsamic vinegar, etc. Instead, it came with what I think was their house marinara sauce. The greens with watermelon salad was excellent—two orders were enough for our group of six. Overall, the food was good, but the Chicken Marsala I ordered was disappointing. The chicken strips were very dry and noticeably overcooked, and that’s enough for me to take away a star. Service was great throughout. The ambiance was cozy and relaxing, although definitely not a quiet place—expect plenty of lively noise from fellow diners. Overall, we’d try it again.

We got lucky and went during the less busy time of day and I'm so glad we did. It was delicious! They bring you yummy bread and dipping sauce to the table while you wait for your food. It's a total trap and it's hard to not get full on it first 😆 I ordered the chicken parm and it was perfect! Lots of yummy melted cheese, deliciously seasoned crispy chicken, on a bed of perfect al dente pasta with just the right amount of sauce. Charming decor, super polite and attentive waitstaff, oh! And a pet gallery on the ladies bathroom wall(yes there's a picture). If i was a local this would definitely become a new spot in the date night rotation. They have an extensive wine and liquor list from high end to regular as well as a nice cocktail list of that's your thing.

Finally made it to that restaurant I’d been wanting to try, and it did not disappoint. Went last night for a birthday dinner for a friend, and everything was great, from the food to the atmosphere to the service. The staff was attentive without being overbearing, and every dish we ordered was on point. It made the celebration feel extra special. Definitely glad I finally checked it out, and I’ll be going back for sure.

Fabulous place to enjoy Italian food and other options as well. The Chicken Marsala was really good; Seafood Bisque was some of these best I’ve had anywhere, the Calamari were cooked perfectly. Glad to have a wonderful meal here!
